Disputes
In the first instance any complaint should be made direct to our Customer Services Department and we will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly, confidentially, and effectively within 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Comments & Suggestions
Every year we review our product range and introduce new ones, but we learn the most by listening to what you have to say. Please contact us or provide any comments you may have on any aspect of our service.

For all your questions on support and service please call +44 (0) 1252 850231 and ask to speak to Stuart or Simon Worthington. Calls are charged at your Telecom provider's appropriate rate applying at the time of call; there are no surcharges on this number.

Unsolicited email
We will not send you unsolicited email unless
· You have given us your consent, or
· It is in response to a query from you.
· It is in relation to your order with us.
